Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are generally dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid weekend transit delays.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship via USPS from Oceanside, CA (92056):
- USPS First Class — 3–7 business days (recommended for warmer months)
- USPS Priority Mail — 2–3 business days (recommended during cold weather or for time-sensitive orders)
All plants ship bare root or semi-bare root (without pot) to ensure safe transit and reduce weight.
Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving your notification.
Cold Weather Shipping If temperatures in your area or along the transit route may drop below 40°F, we strongly recommend:
- Adding a heat pack to your order
- Selecting USPS Priority Mail to minimize transit time
We are not responsible for cold damage if these precautions are not taken.
Holiday & High-Volume Periods
Processing and delivery times may extend during holidays or peak seasons. We appreciate your patience and will always communicate any delays.
